San Lorenzo Hydroelectric Power Plant
10 MW (IN OPERATION SINCE FEBRUARY 2014)
San Lorenzo Hydroelectric Power Plant is an 10 MW electricity generation facility with an estimated annual output of approximately 40 GWh/year. It harnesses the flow of the Fonseca River and is located in the Boca del Monte jurisdiction, San Lorenzo District, Province of Chiriquí, 45 km east of David City. The main purpose of the San Lorenzo HPP is to supply electrical energy at a reasonable cost to Panama’s power system through a clean and renewable energy source.

- Design, Supply, Manufacturing and Erection of Hydro-mechanical Equipment (cranes, gates, servomotors, Hydraulic units).
- Bottom outlet
- Hydraulic tests of the hydraulic drive system with pressure increase
- Load capacity tests
- Support in commissioning of Electromechanical Equipment
