Located in the Province of Veraguas on the San Pablo River. It consists of a RCC dam 40 m high with 85,000 m3 and 28,000 m3 of reinforced concrete. The powerhouse is located at the dam toe and will house two Kaplan turbine-generator units for an installed capacity of 20 MW.

- Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Transport, Erection and Commissioning of the Power House Electromechanical equipment (turnkey package of the electromechanical part of the Project).
- Manufacturing, Transport and Erection of metallic grids in the Dam area.
- Coordination and progress control of the Quality management and Commissioning.
- Quality and Operation Tests of the equipment.
- Direction, Planning and Coordination of the electromechanical activities.
