Project Scope: Studies, design, development, plan approval, and construction of the Seafood Market in Puerto Pedregal, District of David, Chiriquí Province.

• 24 stalls for seafood sales
• 20 stalls for vegetable sales
• 6 stalls for handicraft sales
• 4 stalls for plant sales
• 12 restaurant spaces
• Restrooms for men and women
• Bus stop
• 61 parking spaces and pedestrian sidewalks
• 2 security booths
• Wastewater treatment plant
• Market administration office
• Offices for the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP)

This first phase of the project is designed to provide a modern, functional, and safe infrastructure that promotes the economic and social development of the Puerto Pedregal community.
