Baitún Micro Hydroelectric Power Plant
1700 KW (IN OPERATION SINCE JULY 2014)
Design, manufacture, supply, transport, assembly and commissioning of electromechanical equipment (the turnkey package of the electromechanical scope of the project).
- Francis-type horizontal shaft turbine, governor equipped with oil-hydraulic unit, three-phase synchronous generator, excitation system, butterfly valve, electrical and control equipment, tool set and mounting accessories, set of spare parts recommended by manufacturers.
- Grounding network in the house, grounding panel for the generating unit, lifting mechanism (hoist with its travel beam), Fire protection System (detection, alarm and extinguishers), power supply for auxiliary services, indoor and outdoor lighting, and integration of the “Equipment” to the Bajo de Mina hydroelectric plant SCADA.
- Electromechanical engineering and integration of the “Equipment”.
- Quality supervision of the “Equipment”.
- Quality and performance testing of equipment.
- Direction, planning and coordination of electromechanical activities.
- Coordination and progress control of quality management and commissioning.
- Supply, fabrication, transport, assembly and commissioning of the penstock.
